Our applicant pool for the 2018-2019 school year is now closed. All available drop-in appointments are assigned. Interested families for the 2019-2020 school year are encouraged to explore our community of local cooperative preschools by visiting the San Francisco Council of Parent Participation Nursery Schools. Prospective families who have completed their information session and scheduled their drop-in visit are invited to submit their application and application fee before March 9, 2019. Admission decisions will be sent between March 16-23.
Eligible children for the 2019-2020 school year must be 2.5 years old by the first day of school in mid-August 2019. Prospective families for the 2019-2020 school year should check this page in early-September 2018 for registration details for our Fall Information Session on September 8 from 10-12 AM. During the session, we will introduce families to Rocky Mountain Parent Participation Nursery School, our play-based morning and after programs, including our mission, our parent education/participation component, and our cooperative structure. Following the information session, interested families are invited to complete the application process by scheduling a drop-in visit to observe our morning program and then submit their application.

- Our Membership Chair schedules drop-in visits with prospective families who have attended an Information Session. The purpose of the drop-in visit is to observe the morning program at our school, witness our mission in action, see how we create a play-based learning environment for our children, and learn what parent involvement looks like during the school day.
You will be given a copy of our Drop-in Visit Guidelines before your scheduled appointment, please review it before coming. During the visit you and your child are invited to share our facilities, join in on projects and activities and enjoy snack with the children. Please be aware that working adults will be focused on our children and will limit their engagement with visitors.
